Mr. Lippes is the founder and senior partner of the firm. In addition to his work in the corporate and financial transactions area at the firm, Mr. Lippes serves on the Board of the Buffalo Fine Arts Academy, is a member of the New York State Council on the Arts and is a Member of the Board of Directors of Gibraltar Industries, Inc. and Hamister Group of Companies, Inc. He is also the recipient of several community and civic awards.
