Brian concentrates his practice in the areas of senior finance, private equity, business law counseling and transactional matters. He has extensive experience representing senior lenders, equity sponsors, and borrowers in senior debt and mezzanine financing arrangements.
In addition, Brian has experience negotiating stock and asset purchase agreements and a variety of other agreements customary in corporate and financial transactions. Brian has successfully counseled a number of start-up and emerging companies through their early-stage corporate development.
Brian serves a wide variety of industries including the private and public banking, private equity, technology, e-commerce and financial services industries.
