Mr. Miranda focuses his practice in the areas of business litigation and employment law.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Miranda was an Appellate Court Attorney with the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Judicial Department, where he worked on cases involving commercial law, employment law, criminal law, and arbitration appeals.  During law school, Mr. Miranda gained legal experience while working for a large international law firm and a U.S. magistrate judge.
