Ms. Deck concentrates her practice in the areas of business and financial transactions and general business law counseling. She assists both private and publicly held clients with various corporate transactions, including business formation, governance and dissolution, commercial lending and transactional matters, including venture capital, private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions, as well as compliance with state and federal securities laws.
