Dariush Keyhani is a founder of the law firm of Meredith & Keyhani, PLLC, a national intellectual property law boutique firm, heads the intellectual property litigation and licensing practice of the firm and consults clients on all aspects of intellectual property law.  Mr. Keyhani serves as of counsel to the law firm of Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP. 

At any given time, Mr. Keyhani is lead counsel in multiple intellectual property related litigation/disputes in U.S. federal courts around the country and has regularly achieved favorable results defending and enforcing intellectual property rights of domestic and international clients.  Prior to forming Meredith & Keyhani, PLLC, Mr. Keyhani was invited to serve as a visiting professor of intellectual property law at the National University in South Korea where he taught graduate law courses in intellectual property law to examiners at the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO). He also previously worked at the international law firm of Pillsbury Winthrop LLP as well other highly regarded Manhattan and New York law firms where he focused on intellectual property litigation matters.

Mr. Keyhani was also the founder and first Editor-in-Chief of the Buffalo Intellectual Property Law Journal that is now subscribed to by the leading law schools in the United States and is regularly cited. Mr. Keyhani regularly publishes in academic law journals as well as trade journals on a variety of intellectual property law, international, and civil procedure issues and is regularly invited as a guest speaker and panelist at international forums on intellectual property law. Mr. Keyhani has served as an adjunct on the faculty of SUNY Buffalo School of Law where he teaches courses on intellectual property law and litigation.

Mr. Keyhani is admitted in the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, and Western District of New York, New Jersey District Court and NJ Bar and is regularly admitted pro hac vice in federal courts around the U.S.
