Ms. Gradl concentrates her legal practice in the areas of business, and corporate law focusing much of her attention on tax, employment, general business counseling, financial transactions, intellectual property and securities regulation. Ms. Gradl has represented clients in numerous merger, acquisition and other business combination and financing transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gradl served as in-house counsel for a commercial bakery, assisting them with employment and legal matters and providing human resources and general business counsel. Ms. Gradl’s clients benefit from her extensive experience as a lawyer and a business advisor. Prior to serving as in-house counsel, Ms. Gradl spent almost 20 years in private practice counseling both privately held and publicly traded clients in corporate tax matters as well as with respect to various corporate transactions, including business formation, governance and dissolution, general corporate transactions, asset and stock sales, mergers, debt and equity financing, shareholder agreements, employment agreements as well as compliance with state and federal securities laws. She also counseled business owners and individuals, including high net worth individuals, on sophisticated estate planning, succession planning, and tax matters, related corporate and insurance matters.
