CINDY A. GRADL
JOINS LIPPES MATHIAS WEXLER FRIEDMAN LLP
Cindy A. Gradl, has joined the Buffalo law firm, Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP as Senior Counsel. Ms. Gradl comes to Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP with a comprehensive background in the areas of business, and corporate law focusing much of her attention on tax, employment, general business counseling, financial transactions, intellectual property and securities regulation.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gradl served as in-house counsel for a commercial bakery, advising and assisting them with employment and legal matters by providing human resources and general business counsel. Prior to serving as in-house counsel, Ms. Gradl spent almost 20 years in private practice counseling both privately held and publicly traded clients in corporate tax matters as well as with respect to various corporate transactions, including business formation, governance and dissolution, general corporate transactions, asset and stock sales, mergers, debt and equity financing, shareholder agreements, employment agreements as well as compliance with state and federal securities laws.
